Recommendation
Award Bid #WG26-44 - Provision of an Integrated Mosquito Management Program within the Unincorporated Areas of Baldwin County to, Mississippi Mosquito Control, LLC, in the amount of $16,874.00 per month for 8 months per year as per the Award Listing and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract. Contract shall be effective for thirty-six (36) months (2026 - 2029) and commence immediately upon the date of full execution.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on September 17, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. One (1) bid was received. The bid was received from Mississippi Mosquito Control, LLC, in the amount of $16,874.00 per month. The Contract will be effective for thirty-six (36) months (2026 - 2029) with regular mosquito control practices during the annual active mosquito season, March to October (8 months) per year. Staff recommendation is to award the bid to Mississippi Mosquito Control, LLC, as per the Award Listing.
