STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the promotion of Jacob Jones from the Operator Technician Trainee position (#5489) grade 306 ($17.88 per hour / $37,190.40 annually) to fill the Operator Technician I position (#5628) at a grade 308 ($19.31 per hour / $40,164.80 annually); and
2) Approve the promotion of Marcello Palmer from the Operator Technician Trainee position (#5491) grade 306 ($17.88 per hour / $37,190.40 annually) to fill the Operator Technician I position (#684) at a grade 308 ($19.31 per hour / $40,164.80 annually); and
3) Approve the employment of John Cline to fill the vacant Operator Technician I position (#1057) grade 306 ($17.88 per hour / $37,190.40 annually).
These actions shall be effective no sooner than July 27, 2026.
