Recommendation

Adopt Baldwin County Commission Policy #11.4 - Supplemental Insurance Provider Policy which sets guidelines for current and future vendors who provide and maintain voluntary benefits for Baldwin County employees and incorporate said Policy into the Baldwin County Commission’s Policies and Procedures Book.

Background:  The Baldwin County Commission Supplemental Insurance Provider Policy is being requested for approval in an effort to set guidelines for current and future vendors who provide voluntary benefits including providing accurate information, enrollment procedures, payroll deductions, and responsibilities.
