STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the promotion of Travis Strehle from the Operator Technician I position (#3079) grade 308 ($20.04 per hour / $41,683.20 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician II position (#897), at a grade 309 ($21.64 per hour / $45,011.20 annually) to be effective no sooner than November 3, 2025; and

2) Approve the promotion of Jose Hernandez from the Operator Technician I position (#1057) grade 308 ($20.17 per hour / $41,953.60 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician II position (#288), at a grade 309 ($21.78 per hour / $45,302.40 annually) to be effective no sooner than November 3, 2025; and

3) Approve the promotion of Haydon Turner from the Operator Technician Trainee position (#5489) grade 306 ($18.33 per hour / $38,120.16 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician I position (#3079), at a grade 308 ($19.80 per hour / $41,184.00 annually) to be effective no sooner than November 3, 2025; and

4) Approve the promotion of Litalim Ikner from the Operator Technician Trainee position (#5488) grade 306 ($17.88 per hour / $37,190.40 annually) to fill the Operator Technician I position (#1057), at a grade 308 ($19.31 per hour / $40,164.80 annually) to be effective no sooner than November 3, 2025; and

5) Approve the employment of Jacob Jones to fill the Operator Technician Trainee position (#5489) grade 306 ($17.88 per hour / $37,190.40 annually) to be effective no sooner than October 27, 2025; and

6) Approve the employment of Javis Atchison to fill the Operator Technician Trainee position (#5488) grade 306 ($17.88 per hour / $37,190.40 annually) to be effective no sooner than October 27, 2025; and

7) Approve the employment of Marcello Palmer to fill the Operator Technician Trainee position (#5491) grade 306 ($17.88 per hour / $37,190.40 annually) to be effective no sooner than October 27, 2025; and

8) Approve the employment of Rosson Duplesis to fill the Operator Technician Trainee position (#927) grade 306 ($17.88 per hour / $37,190.40 annually) to be effective no sooner than October 27, 2025.
