Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-055, which approves Case No. Z26-03, Diamond Land & Cattle, LLC Property rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 95.91± acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 37, from BCZ, Base Community Zoning District, to RA, Rural Agricultural Zoning District.

Background: The subject property is currently zoned BCZ, Base Community Zoning District, and is located south of Lawrence Road Extension and west of Gunnison Road near the City of Fairhope. The applicant is requesting to rezone the property from BCZ to RA, Rural Agricultural District, to allow for a privately used barn/arena.
