STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Award Bid #WG25-21 for the Provision of Pavement Markers and Bituminous Adhesive to Ennis-Flint, Inc., and Safety Zone Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Safety Zone Specialists, per the Award Listings (Pavement Markers only); and
2) Authorize the Purchasing Director to re-bid the section on Bituminous Adhesive and further, authorize the Chairman / Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on March 27, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. Two (2) bids were received. There was “No Bid” on the section for Bituminous Adhesive. Staff recommendation is to award the bid to Ennis-Flint, Inc., and Safety Zone Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Safety Zone Specialists, for the section on Pavement Markers and authorize the Purchasing Director to re-bid the section on Bituminous Adhesive.
