STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreements between the Baldwin County Commission and the following entities for the use of the Baldwin County 700/800 MHz Interoperability Communications System:
Silverhill Police Department
Silverhill Volunteer Fire Department
Each Agreement shall take effect upon full execution for a term of three (3) years unless terminated by either party.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Agreements establish the permission, guidelines, compensation and requirements for the use of the Baldwin County Interoperability Radio System.
Previous Commission action/date:
December 15, 2015 - Approved the previous Agreement with Silverhill Police Department.
October 18, 2022 - Approved the previous Agreement with Silverhill Volunteer Fire Department.
