Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-027, which approves Case No. Z25-56, Stanley Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 2 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 39, from BCZ, Base Community Zoning District, to RR, Rural District.

Background:  The subject property encompasses approximately 2 acres and is currently zoned as BCZ, Base Community Zoning District. A request has been made to change the designation to RR, Rural District, for personal residential use and storage of tree business equipment. The subject property is located south of County Road 32 and east of State Highway 181.
