BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date:
05/03/2022 meeting: 1) Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Provision of Mower Blades; and 2) Further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on May 18, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. Four (4) bids were received. Award recommendation is based on the lowest responsible bidder, who met the specifications by Group. The lowest responsible bidder who bid on all items in both Group #1 and Group #2 is Equipment Sales Company, LLC as per the attached Award Listing. Bid Tabulation attached for review.
