Adopt Resolution #2025-130, which approves Case No. Z25-26, Cotten Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 5 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 20, from RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, to RA, Rural Agricultural District.
