Recommendation
Consider the applicant’s request to rezone the subject property from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, based on the information provided in the staff report and the public comments received.
Should the Commission determine that the request is consistent with the Zoning Ordinance, adopt Resolution #2026-042, which approves Case Z25-62, Morgan Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 153.51 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District.

The applicant is requesting to rezone 153.51± acres from RA to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, for residential development.
