Approve and authorize Mauser Packaging Solutions, Inc., to remove used paint totes and cages from the Highway (Traffic Operations) facility in Silverhill.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Highway Traffic Operations facility has a total of 171 used paint totes with cages that need to be salvaged. Mauser Packaging Solutions, Inc., will remove unusable totes and cages at no charge. There will be a credit for totes and cages that are considered to be reusable.
