Adopt Resolution #2026-082, which approves Case No. Z26-09, Hilderbrandt Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 1.27± acres, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 33, from RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District.

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, and is located in Planning District 33, west of County Road 99 and south of Antietam Road. The applicant is requesting to rezone 1.27± acres from RSF-1 to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, for residential use.
