Background:  The subject property is currently Zoned B-3, General Business, and is located in Planning District 12, west of State Highway 59 and north of Dawson Road. The applicant is asking that it be rezoned to B-4, Major Commercial, for the future development of a car dealership.
 
The Planning Commission considered this request at their February 6, 2025, meeting and voted 6-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
