Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2024-162, which approves Case No. Z24-13, Bailey Agriculture Development Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 134 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 22, from RA, Rural Agriculture, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agriculture, and is located in Planning District 22, south of US Highway 98.  The applicant is asking for RSF-2, Residential Single Family, for a Planned Residential Development (PRD).

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at their June 6, 2024, meeting and voted 8-2 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
