STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve the attached Work Squad Agreement with the Alabama Department of Corrections Fountain Correctional Facility for inmate workers to assist the Highway Department. (The term of the agreement shall begin on April 16, 2019, and shall continue for one (1) year. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the agreement may be renewed.)

Background: The Alabama Department of Corrections is requesting a Work Squad Agreement with Baldwin County for the services of inmates. The Area 100 Maintenance Barn has inmate workers from the Fountain Correctional Facility.
This is an annual agreement.
