Confirm, ratify, and approve the Proclamation/Declaration terminating and lifting the State of Local Emergency related to Hurricane Isaias, as executed by the Chairman on October 10, 2026, with the termination becoming effective at 2:00 p.m. on October 10, 2026, in Baldwin County, Alabama.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
October 7, 2026 - During an Emergency Special Meeting, the Baldwin County Commission adopted a Declaration of a State of Local Emergency in anticipation of inclement weather associated with Tropical Storm Isaias. The declaration became effective at 2:00 p.m. on October 7, 2026.
October 7, 2026 - Governor Kay Ivey issued a Proclamation declaring a state of emergency for Baldwin County and several other Alabama counties related to Tropical Storm Isaias. The state of emergency became effective at 4:00 p.m. on October 7, 2026, for a seven-day period, set to expire at 11:59 p.m. on October 14, 2026, unless modified by a subsequent proclamation.
October 10, 2026 - Based on the recommendation of the Baldwin County EMA Director, and in coordination with the County Administrator, County Engineer, and relevant state officials and agencies, the Baldwin County Commission terminated the previously declared State of Local Emergency related to Hurricane Isaias, effective at 2:00 p.m. on October 10, 2026.
