STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-016, which approves Case No. Z25-48, Vaughan Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 0.82 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 10, from RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, and is located east of Wilson Road and north of Old Mobile Road in the Spanish Fort community. The applicant is requesting to rezone +/- 0.82 acres from RSF-1, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, to subdivide the property for continued residential use.
