Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Computer Software Support Agreement and Addendum between the Baldwin County Commission and Delta Computer Systems, Inc. for computer software, with a new monthly rate in the amount of $1,538.17, effective October 1, 2026, and expiring on September 30, 2027.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: This agreement ensures that all software listed in the addendum provided by Delta Computer Software Inc. follows all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. When the laws change, Delta will provide updated programs to remain in compliance with legislation.
Previous Commission action/date: 9/16/2025 - Approved and authorized the Chairman to sign the Computer Software Agreement and Addendum for Sales and Use Tax / License Inspection Department.
