STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Due to the passing of Act 2025-405 and Act 2025-413, adopt the following new Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board county license fees for Fiscal Year 2025 - 2026, and authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Alabama ABC Board forms for the adopted county license fees:

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The passing of Acts No. 2025-405 and 2025-413 during the 2025 Alabama Legislative session created three new alcohol license types to be issued by the Alabama ABC Board.
The Baldwin County Commission annually adopts a levy for county alcoholic beverage license fees annually for the upcoming Fiscal Year. The Alabama ABC Board collects these fees and remits them to the County to be deposited into the General Fund. The FY 2025 - 2026 fees were approved during the March 18, 2025, BCC Regular meeting.
The current fees are as follows:
