STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Reclassify the Emergency Management Officer position (#1044), grade S315 ($53,560.00 - $87,734.40 annually) to an Operations Division Manager at a grade S313 ($47,652.80 - $78,083.20 annually); and

2) Approve the organizational chart for the Emergency Management Agency; and

3) Approve the position description for the Operations Division Manager.
