STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the employment of Kavika Duff to fill the open Logistics Division Manager position (#3074) at grade S313 ($49,004.80 annually) to be effective no sooner than June 9, 2025; and
2) Approve the updated position descriptions for the Logistics Division Manager, Operations Division Manager, and Planning and Grants Division Manager.

Background: The Logistics Division Manager position was vacated due to the lateral transfer of the previous employee. The EMA Director respectfully requests that the above recommendation is approved.
