STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Consider the applicant’s request to rezone the subject property from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, based on the information provided in the staff report and the public comments received.
Should the Commission determine that the request is consistent with the Zoning Ordinance, adopt Resolution #2026-110, which approves Case No. Z26-22, Silverhill Enterprises, LLC Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 32.4 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 12 from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District.

Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located in Planning District 12, on the northwest corner of the intersection of County Road 54 and County Road 55. The applicant is requesting to rezone 32.4 acres, more or less, from RA to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, for residential use.
