BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is having a Christmas luncheon on December 15, 2025, at the Full Body meeting. The LEPC Steering Committee voted on this amount during its September 10, 2025, monthly meeting and put it up for discussion and approval vote at the September 15, 2025, Full Body quarterly meeting. The Full Body voted to approve the use of the funds listed for the purpose described.
Previous Commission action/date: 11/19/2024 - Approved the request for the LEPC to purchase $400.00 worth of meat from Farm Fresh Meats, Inc. for the Full Body LEPC meeting and luncheon on December 16, 2024.
