BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on January 30, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. Four (4) bids were received. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid for Provision of Janitorial Services for the Baldwin County Revenue Commission - Reappraisal Building to the lowest bidder Vancouver Janitorial Services, LLC, as per the Award Listing. Bid Tabulation attached for review.
Previous Commission action/date:
01/07/2025 meeting: 1) Awarded Bid #WG25-04 to the lowest bidders for each location for the Provision of Janitorial Services per the Award Listing; and 2) Rejected the bids received on the Baldwin County Revenue Commission - Reappraisal Building located in Robertsdale; and 3) Approved the specifications for the Provision of Janitorial Services for the Baldwin County Revenue Commission - Reappraisal Building and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid and authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.
