STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Professional Services Agreement for Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Services between the Baldwin County Commission and Safe Harbor Animal Coalition.
This Agreement commences September 1, 2026, and continues for a period of one (1) year expiring on September 1, 2027, with an automatic renewal for one (1) year expiring September 1, 2028, unless terminated by either party by giving a thirty (30) day written notice of termination.

Background: The BCC has approved Agreements for TNR Services since 2018.
Previous Commission action/date: 09/03/2024 - Previous approval of the Professional Services Agreement for TNR Services with Safe Harbor Animal Coalition.
