Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-019, which approves Case No. Z25-52, Little Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 18 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 39, from  RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RR, Rural District.

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located in Planning District 39, east of Greeno Road and north of County Road 3. The applicant is asking to rezone to RR, Rural District, for commercial use.
