STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Award the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Pilot Project: Automated Property Sketch Verification & Imagery Analysis Solution to Pictometry International Corp. d/b/a EagleView per the Award Listing and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract.

 

Contract effective upon full execution for twelve (12) months, with an option to issue two (2) additional twelve (12) month contract extensions.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The Request for Proposals (RFP) for Pilot Project: Automated Property Sketch Verification & Imagery Analysis Solution were due in the Purchasing Office on January 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. One (1) response was received. Revenue Commissioner Teddy Faust respectfully requests the RFP be awarded to Pictometry International Corp. d/b/a EagleView per the Award Listing.

 

Previous Commission action/date:  12/16/2025 meeting: 1) Approved the RFP for Pilot Project: Automated Property Sketch Verification & Imagery Analysis Solution and authorized the Purchasing Director to advertise RFP; and 2) Further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the RFP is advertised.

Total cost of recommendation:  $62,557.00 Annually
