Award Bid #WG25-16 for the Provision of Rental Equipment to the lowest responsible bidders, Cowin Equipment Company, Inc., Herc Rentals, Inc., Pittman Tractor Company, Inc., Sunbelt Rentals, Inc., Thompson Tractor Company, Inc., and United Rentals (North America), Inc., for each category of headings per the Award Listings.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on February 20, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. Six (6) bids were received. The bids were tabulated in six (6) categories: Picked-up - Daily, Weekly and Monthly, and Delivered - Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid for the Provision of Rental Equipment to the lowest responsible bidders for each category of headings per the Award Listings. Bid Tabulations attached for review.
