Background: The subject property is currently zoned RSF-3, Residential Single Family, and is located in Planning District 39 south of County Road 32 and west of State Highway 181. The applicant is asking that it be rezoned to RSF-4, Residential Single Family.
The Planning Commission considered this request at their June 6, 2024, meeting and voted 9-1 to recommend DENIAL to the County Commission.
