Adopt Resolution #2025-133, which approves Case No. PRD25-02, Long Bayou Preserve, as it pertains to the Planned Residential Development (PRD) Site Plan approval.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located East of the Baldwin Beach Express and directly North of the City of Orange Beach. The applicant is asking to rezone to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, with the limitations and restrictions governed by a Planned Residential Development (PRD) Site Plan. The applicant would like PRD approval to create a 48-site residential development.
