STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the promotion of Corey Flowers from the Permit Technician I position (#5705) grade 309 ($21.45 per hour / $44,616.00 annually) to fill the vacant CRS Coordinator position (#5745) at a grade 312 ($23.86 per hour / $49,628.80 annually) to be effective no sooner than November 18, 2024; and

2) Approve the employment of Daletha Hart to fill the open part-time CRS Coordinator (#5746) at a grade 309 ($24.77 per hour / $37,353.16 annually) to be effective no sooner than November 12, 2024.

Background:  The part-time and full-time CRS Coordinator positions were created during the FY25 Budget Cycle. The Building Official respectfully requests that the above recommendations are approved.
