STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve an Intergovernmental Service Agreement between Baldwin County and the City of Bay Minette for the Highway Department Stripe Crew to stripe the following roads inside Bay Minette City Limits for an estimated cost of $2,345.00 for labor and equipment. (Striping distance below includes center line and edge line.)
1. Pearson Drive from US Highway 31 to the end - 0.32 striping miles
2. West 5th Street from McMeans Ave to W. 3rd Ave. - 0.15 striping miles
3. West 2nd Street from Dobson Avenue to 3rd Street - 0.23 striping miles
4. Clay Street from S. Hoyle Avenue to end - 0.52 striping miles
5. West Banyan Street from US Highway 31 to Daphne Road - 0.28 striping miles
The City of Bay Minette will be invoiced the actual cost of labor and equipment upon completion of the project. (This agreement shall be effective upon full execution and terminate after twelve (12) months, unless terminated by either party upon the delivery of a thirty (30) day notice of termination.)
The City of Bay Minette will provide materials for the project.
