Extend Bid #WG24-27 for the Provision of Aftermarket Heavy Duty Truck Parts with FleetPride, Inc., for an additional twelve (12) months with the same prices, terms, and conditions stated in the original bid award on June 18, 2024. The bid extension will expire June 18, 2027.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Highway and Parks Department staff request to extend the bid award with FleetPride, Inc., which was awarded on June 18, 2024, for an additional twelve (12) months. The bid specifications contained a stipulation that the bid could be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods by the Commission at their option, if acceptable by the vendor. Any additional contract or extension will be at the same prices, terms, and conditions stated in the original bid. The vendor, FleetPride, Inc., submitted an email agreeing to extend the bid prices for an additional twelve (12) months. This is the second bid extension and will expire June 18, 2027. Award listing attached for review.
