STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the Quotation from Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), Inc. at the rate of $180,400.00 per year; and
2) Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Small Enterprise Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and ESRI, Inc., for GIS mapping software.
The Agreement is effective October 6, 2026, for a period of three (3) years and may be terminated upon thirty (30) days’ written notice.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Computer Software Agreement is renewed on a three (3) year basis, with a standard adjustment.
Previous Commission action/date: 10/03/2023 - Approved the Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. for GIS Mapping Software.
