STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-029, which approves Case No. Z25-58, Bertolla Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 148.5 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 37, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background: The subject property encompasses approximately 148.5 acres and is currently zoned as RA, Rural Agricultural District. A request has been made to change the designation to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, for residential development. The property is located north of State Highway 104 and east of State Highway 181.

 

This rezoning case was tabled at the December 16, 2025, Baldwin County Commission meeting. 

 

Previous Commission action/date: 12/16/2025 - Tabled to the February 19, 2026, Meeting.
