STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Related to Baldwin County Voting Locations Boykin Center (Precinct No. 5) and Homestead Village of Fairhope (Precinct No. 49), take the following actions:
1) Approve an Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and Bay Minette Housing Authority for professional cleaning services after elections commencing July 22, 2024, and expiring July 21, 2027; and
2) Approve an Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and Homestead Village of Fairhope, LTD for professional cleaning services after elections commencing August 3, 2024, and expiring August 2, 2027; and
3) Authorize County personnel to accomplish external grounds-cleaning for Baldwin County Voting Precincts 5 and 49 after elections; and
4) Authorize the expenditure of $235.00 per location for professional cleaning services.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The current agreements with Bay Minette Housing Authority and Homestead Village for professional cleaning services after elections are expiring on July 21, 2024, and August 2, 2024.

August 3, 2021 - Last Agreement approved for Homestead Village of Fairhope (Voting Precinct 49).
