STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Computer Software Support Agreement and Addendum between the Baldwin County Commission and Delta Computer Systems, Inc., for computer software, with a new monthly rate in the amount of $299.58, effective October 1, 2024. This agreement shall remain in effect for one (1) year and automatically renew annually for up to three (3) years.

Background: The Computer Software Support Agreement and Addendum provides the Billing Department with historical building permit lookup capabilities and building permit website hosting.
Previous Commission action/date: 07/18/2023 - Approved the Computer Software Support Agreement and Addendum with a monthly rate of $285.00
