STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Facility Condition Assessment Scope of Work and Origin Managed Service Statement of Work documents to add the Sheriff’s Office Facilities to the Brightly Software Inc. Agreement for real time infrastructure asset condition and renewal capital management software.

End

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Background:  This addition will allow Facilities Management to add the Sheriff’s Office facilities to the current facility assessment. Facilities Management will add the Sheriff’s Office facilities to the database and maintain their facility health indices by uploading their work orders. Otherwise, their facility condition assessment would just be a snapshot in time and would quickly become obsolete data.

Additionally, there will be a total one-time fee of $38,308.71 with no increase to year two (2) of the agreement currently in place.
