Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2019-062, which approves Case No. Z-19010, LMS Properties, LLC property, as it pertains to the rezoning of 0.40 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 33, from RSF-1, Single Family District, to B-1, Professional Business District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Previous Commission action/date:  N/A

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RSF-1, Single Family District, and is occupied with a dwelling and an accessory structure. The requested zoning designation is B-1, Professional Business District.  According to information submitted on the rezoning application, the purpose of this request is to build a new dental office.  The owner currently has a dental office on the adjacent parcel to the north and would like to build a new 2,400 sq ft dental office on the subject property.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at its March 7, 2019 meeting and voted to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
