Authorize the Purchasing Director to place advertisements for Fiscal Year 2025 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Engineering Services for the Highway Projects listed below:
Project No. HW19119 - Mannich Lane between Lipscomb Road and CR-9
Project No. HW25008 - CR-13 at Corte Road Roundabout
Project No. HW25006 - CR-65 Ext., CR-36 to CR-48 Section
Project No. HW25074 - Bridge Design on Styx River Road
Project No. HW21100000 - Pleasant Road Ext., SR-181 to Larry Street Road

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Highway Department has identified a list of Request for Qualifications for engineering services on projects for the FY 2025 budget that will exceed Highway’s On-Call Engineering Contract amount of $100,000.00. Staff is requesting permission to advertise for engineering services as the RFQ’s are completed by staff.
Previous Commission action/date:
September 17, 2024 - Adopted the Baldwin County Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget (Resolution #2024-158 and Resolution #2024-159).
