STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreements between the Baldwin County Commission and the following entities for the use of the Baldwin County 700/800 MHz Interoperability Communications System:
Lottie Volunteer Fire Department
Robertsdale Volunteer Fire Department
Rosinton Volunteer Fire Department
Each Agreement shall take effect upon full execution for a term of three (3) years unless terminated by either party.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Agreements establish the permissions, guidelines, compensation, and requirements for use of the Baldwin County Interoperability Radio System.
Previous Commission action/date:
May 16, 2023 - Approved the previous Agreement with Lottie VFD.
December 15, 2015 - Approved the previous Agreements with Robertsdale VFD and Rosinton VFD.
