STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Authorize the Chairman to execute a Donation Agreement between Airbus Americas, Inc. and the Baldwin County Commission regarding the donation of face masks without a moisture barrier for the County’s use and distribution to address the COVID-19 pandemic.

Additional instructions/notes:  When distributing masks to recipients who have made a request for supplies, EMA will keep a record of where they are distributed and indicate on receiving documentation that each recipient was notified by warehouse staff that these donated masks are not explicitly approved for medical use.
