STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Reclassify and retitle the Revenue Clerk I position (#5446) grade 307 ($38,916.80 - $62,670.40 annually) to a Revenue Compliance Officer position at a grade 308 ($39,769.60 - $64,022.40 annually); and
2) Approve the position description for the Revenue Compliance Officer position; and
3) Approve the updated organizational chart for the Sales and Use Tax / License Inspection Department.

Background: The Revenue Clerk I position was vacated due to the resignation of the previous employee. The Sales and Use Tax Director respectfully requests that the above recommendations are approved.
