STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the promotion of Billy Lawson from the Solid Waste Driver II position (#5393) grade 309 ($24.40 per hour / $50,752.00 annually) to fill the open Solid Waste Driver III position (#5401) at a grade 310 ($26.35 per hour / $54,808.00 annually) to be effective no sooner than July 17, 2023; and

2) Approve the employment of Victoria N. Skelton to fill the open Human Resources Director position (#5714) at a grade S319 ($85,500.00 annually), with said salary due to education and experience, to be effective no sooner than July 10, 2023.
