Take the following actions:
1) Approve the Highway Department transferring the following vehicle from Highway Construction to Area 200 Maintenance Facility at no cost:

2) Approve the Highway Department transferring the following vehicle from County Engineer to Planning and Zoning at a fair market value of $20,800.00:
2022 Ford F150 - VIN# 1FTFW1E51MFD10471
3) Authorize the Chairman to execute the Fixed Asset Change Forms.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Highway Department is handling the transfer of various vehicles. One vehicle will transfer from County Engineer to Planning and Zoning with a fair market value of $20,800.00. Planning and Zoning budgeted $25,000.00 in the FY26 Budget. A Budget Adjustment (Resolution # 2026-120) submitted to the July 21, 2026, meeting will transfer $20,800.00 from Capital Outlay Motor Vehicles (10052730.55500) to Transfer Asset Funds (10052730.54980) for the fair market value of the vehicle.
One vehicle will transfer from Highway Construction to Highway Area 200 Maintenance Facility at no cost.
