BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

The County Commission of Baldwin County, Alabama, has participated in the National Opioid Litigation, and if approved, the Resolution would approve the proposed settlement with Publix Super Markets, Inc., and authorize the Chairman to execute any and all documents related to the settlement and allocation of funds.
