Recommendation
Adopt Resolution #2025-124, which approves Case No. Z24-12, Ewing Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of approximately 20.1 acres, more or less, located in Planning (Zoning) District 22, from RSF-E, Residential Single-Family Estate District, to RA, Rural Agricultural District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The subject property is currently zoned RSF-E, Residential Single-Family Estate District, and has a residence on it. The property is located on Fell Road. The adjoining property to the south is zoned RSF-E, Residential Single-Family Estate District, and is used as residential. The property adjoining to the west is zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is used as residential / vacant. The property adjoining the north is RA, Rural Agricultural District. The property adjoining to the east is zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is currently being used as residential / vacant. The owner requests to rezone +/- 20.1 acres from RSF-E, Residential Single-Family Estate District, to RA, Rural Agricultural.
Previous Commission action/date: The Planning Commission considered this request at their May 1, 2025, meeting and voted 4-3 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
