STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Related to the Baldwin County Environmental Advisory Committee, accept the resignation of Mr. Todd Frank, effective July 13, 2026, and thank him for his prior civic service as an At-Large (District 4) member of the Committee.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: On July 13, 2026, Mr. Frank submitted his resignation from the EAC. At this time, the EAC At-Large member will not be replaced and will remain vacant.
The Baldwin County Environmental Advisory Board (EAC) was created by the Baldwin County Commission during its May 18, 1993, Regular Meeting, and operated under By-laws approved during its January 6, 1998, Regular Meeting, as amended and approved during the February 15, 2005, Regular Meeting. The EAC was never dissolved but it did cease functioning in 2013. The BCC requested the EAC to be re-activated in the form of an advisory committee to provide policy advice on environmental matters.
The Committee consists of no more than fifteen (15) members, of which two (2) members shall represent each of the four (4) Commission Districts, totaling eight (8) members representing Commission Districts. The remaining seven (7) members, if any, will serve as at-large appointments. The term for each member is three (3) years.
Previous Commission action/date: 10/21/2025 - Previous BCC appointment to the Committee.
