BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The County Commission wishes to proclaim the week of May 19-25, 2024, Emergency Medical Services Week in Baldwin County, Alabama, recognizing the members of emergency medical service teams, a vital public service, who provide lifesaving care to those in need 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Mr. Brad Jernigan, Operations Manager, for Global Medical Response, South Alabama will be in attendance to accept the Proclamation, along with members of the Medstar EMS staff.
Previous Commission action/date: May 2, 2023 - BCC proclaimed the week of May 21 - 27, 2023, as Emergency Medical Services Week in Baldwin County, Alabama.
